Alan Salazar is a traditional storyteller, native educator, and a tribal elder in both the Fernandeño Tataviam and Ventureño Chumash tribes. In this webinar recording, hear a Chumash and a Tataviam creation story told by Mr. Salazar, learn the cultural significance these stories play in the lives of the Chumash and Tataviam people today, and hear Mr. Salazar's responses to student questions.​ Recommended for Grades K - 8.
